Once a complete set of 100 cards is collected\, the set needs to be brought to the Newark Police Department to be verified and submitted (donā€™t worry you will get the set back after the contest is over). A complete set of cards numbered 1-100\, Officer SOARā€™s card #00 is not part of this set. The first 100 children to submit a complete set of 100 cards will be given an uncut poster of the project to take home with them. Upon turning in your complete set of 100 cards\, you will then be entered into a raffle for prizes. All raffle submissions will be entered to win the Grand Prize toward a trip to Disney World\, up to $6000.\nAnyone is welcome to collect the Newark Police Trading Cards\, but to participate in the Card Collection Contest\, you must be a child ages 5 years old to 12 years old and/or in Kindergarten to 5th grade and you must either live in the City of Newark or attend a school within the City of Newark. Children of City of Newark employees are encouraged to collect cards but are not eligible to win any of the prizes.\nThe Card Collection Contest begins on October 1\, 2025\, and ends on November 23\, 2025. A completed set of 100 cards can be turned in at the Newark Police Department (220 South Main Street).
