SUMMARY:2025 Newark PD Trading Card Collection Contest!
DESCRIPTION:The Newark Police Department and Newark PAL are pleased to launch the 5th Edition of the Trading Card Contest. \nAlthough this is a contest\, the larger goal is to create opportunities for the community to meet and interact with the officers who protect them. These interactions highlight that the Newark PD and the Newark community are one. \nThe Trading Card Contest will begin on October 1st\, with announcements at City of Newark Elementary Schools and K–5 programs. We will then host the Trading Card Launch Event on October 4th at The Grove\, Community Green (between WSFS and Raising Cane’s)\, 100 Grove Lane\, Newark\, DE 19711. \n“Starter Packs\,” consisting of officer cards\, contest rule cards\, coupons\, and more\, will be distributed at these initial events. Contestants will then be tasked with collecting the remainder of the officer cards by attending various events over the next 8 weeks\, concluding on November 23rd. Several events will feature “Officers of the Day\,” where the opportunity to obtain these select officer cards outside of the featured event will be limited (though not impossible). \n\nTrading Card Event Information \nThe full list of events will be made public via social media \nFacebook.com/NewarkDEPD  \n Instagram.com/NewarkDEPD \n  \n\nPrize Eligibility \nContestants must collect 100 total cards (#1–100).
