Meet officers Chief Farrall (#1), Deputy Chief Feeney (#2), Animal Control Officer Vickers (#79) and Rev Dr Rector (#81) at the Newark City Hall located at 220 South Main Street from 5pm to 7pm to obtain their trading card.
